I’ve been trying to set another one of these units ever since I’ve put a 18,000 Btu wall hanging model in. I’ve been in the hvac industry for over 20 years and I’ve never seen a mini split this easy to install. Personally I really like them and I would 10/10 recommend one to anyone!

"I recently purchased a new GWIN 24,000 BTU mini split system to replace a ten year old LG unit. It has been in service for about six weeks and is performing flawlessly. The LG was definitely older technology and never provided much heat in colder temperatures. This new GWIN unit really cranks out the heat. I live in Kentucky and have cold winters and hot summers. I've just had two weeks of below freezing temperatures, as low as -4 degrees f, and was very impressed with how well it heated. The unit is quiet, moves a lot of air and looks good. I read that it will handle wide voltage fluctuations that cause problems with other systems. Warranty sounds good. I hope I won't need it. I haven't tried the A/C yet, but I'm relatively confident that it should work well. All in all, I'm very pleased. Five Stars from me!"
